The Founder Session: The UK Cosmetic Launch Process in 45 Minutes
The Founder Session is a paid 45-minute consultation with one of our Oxford Cosmetics' Director’s, for founders launching a cosmetic product in the UK. You leave with a clear, picture of what it takes to get a product to market - the decisions ahead, the realistic costs, and the most efficient route to launch.
Most founders underestimate what's involved in launching a cosmetic product — and learn the expensive way. The Founder Session exists so you don't have to. It's 45 minutes of direct, experienced guidance, one-to-one with our Director, walking you through what it actually takes to bring a cosmetic product to market in the UK.
Before that, we offer a 15 minute intro call - free, no obligation - to put faces to names.
What will I get out of it?
You’ll come away knowing
The full launch process
Formulation, fragrance, packaging, compliance, testing and production, in plain terms.
What's realistic at your budget
Where it's worth spending versus where you can hold back & the costly mistakes founders make and how to side step them.
The key decisions ahead
Where to focus, choice points & how to prioritise.
The most efficient route to launch
This stops you losing months (or in some case years) to trial and error.
What does it cost, and is it worth it?
The Founder Session is £50. For that, you get expertise that routinely saves founders far more than that in wasted samples, wrong packaging, avoidable compliance costs, and lost time. It's deliberately priced to be accessible for founders because we'd rather you start from the right place than learn the hard way.
The value is yours regardless of what you do next. Work with us, manage the process yourself, or take it elsewhere the knowledge is yours to keep.
The Founder Session is a one-off, but our support doesn't have to be. Many founders come back for ongoing sessions as they build - to troubleshoot, pressure-test decisions, or tap into our expertise at the moments it matters. The first session is the door; you decide how far through it you want to come.
Beyond the session
The Founder Session is for anyone serious about launching a cosmetic product in the UK - whether you're at the idea stage or already moving and want to pressure-test your plan. If you want considered, experienced guidance rather than guesswork, this is for you.
